140. Licensee to keep premises in good repair

A licensee shall maintain in good repair –

(a) the premises specified in the accommodation licence; and

(b) any other premises –

(i) belonging to the licensee; or

(ii) under the licensee's control –

which are provided for the use of people using the accommodation.
