155. Authorized officer may require information to be given

An authorized officer may require the holder of –

(a) an accommodation licence; or

(b) an accommodation permit –

to supply the officer with such information as may be reasonably necessary to satisfy the officer that obligations imposed by or under this Part are being complied with.
