77. Young person not to have possession or control of liquor on licensed premises, &c.
(1) A person under the age of 18 years shall not have possession or control of liquor on
(a) licensed premises; or
(b) premises specified in a special permit.
Penalty:
Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply in respect of a person who
(a) has possession or charge of liquor in the course of work; and
(b) is working under the direct and personal supervision of a person who has attained the age of 21 years.
