An off-licence authorizes the sale of liquor –
between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on any day (except Sundays) on the premises specified in the licence for consumption off those premises.(a) in quantities of not less than 9 litres in respect of any one sale; or
(b) in the case of Tasmanian wine – in any quantity –
