Collections for Charities (Approved Organisations) Order (No. 2) 2002
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order-in-council under section 5(2)(b) of the Collections for Charities Act 2001 .

This order-in-council may be cited as the Collections for Charities (Approved Organisations) Order (No. 2) 2002 .
This order-in-council takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
The organisations specified in Schedule 1 are approved for the purposes of the Collections for Charities Act 2001 .
